Local Language Information
JP Windsor serves borrowers and sponsors across the Americas. We recognize that commercial real estate financing is a high-stakes, detail-intensive process — and that conducting it in a language other than your primary language introduces unnecessary risk. This page explains our language capabilities, regional coverage, and how to request service in your preferred language.
Our Language Commitment
The Americas encompass a diverse range of languages, markets, and regulatory environments. JP Windsor's advisory team and lender network include professionals fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — the three primary languages of the hemisphere. We also provide French language support for transactions involving Canada (Quebec), Haiti, and French-speaking Caribbean territories.
Language capability is not limited to translation. It includes understanding the legal, regulatory, and market context in which a transaction occurs. Our multilingual advisors are trained to conduct lender outreach, negotiate terms, and support due diligence in local market contexts — not merely to translate documents after the fact.
For languages not listed, we maintain relationships with professional translators and bilingual advisors to support specialized transactions. Contact us to discuss your specific language requirements before submitting a deal.

Multilingual Lender Matching
For borrowers operating in non-English-speaking markets, language capability in lender matching is a practical advantage, not merely a courtesy. Lenders who have operated in a specific market speak the regulatory language, understand local market conventions, and are familiar with the due diligence norms that apply to assets in that jurisdiction.
Where possible, JP Windsor matches borrowers with lenders who have direct experience in the borrower's market, including familiarity with local legal structures, titling conventions, currency considerations, and repatriation requirements. For Latin American and Brazilian transactions, this includes connecting sponsors with U.S.-based lenders who actively deploy capital in those markets as well as local and regional capital sources with whom we maintain relationships.
If your transaction involves regulatory or legal considerations specific to a non-U.S. jurisdiction, we recommend engaging local legal counsel in addition to our advisory services. JP Windsor can provide referrals to legal and tax advisors in key markets across the Americas upon request.
To initiate a conversation in your preferred language or to inquire about our coverage in a specific country or region, contact us at info@jpwindsor.us. We respond to all inquiries within one business day.
